Industrial Drone Inspection

Close visual inspection of tall, hot or hard-to-reach assets without scaffolding or shutdowns.

What it is

Sending people up a chimney, across a roof or along a bridge girder is slow and carries risk. A drone reaches the same surfaces in minutes and brings back high-resolution imagery your engineers can review from the ground.

Where it is used

  • Chimneys, stacks and flare structures
  • Roofs and building facades
  • Telecom and transmission towers
  • Bridges, tanks and pipe racks

Our approach

We plan each inspection with your maintenance or safety team: what must be seen, from what distance, and what operating restrictions apply on site.

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Understand

We learn what you need to decide, measure or prove, and which outputs will get you there.

  2. 02

    Plan

We design the mission: platform, sensor, flight plan, ground control and the permissions the site requires.

  3. 03

    Capture

Our pilots fly the site and check data quality before leaving the field.

  4. 04

    Process

Raw data becomes maps, models, measurements and findings, checked against control.

  5. 05

    Deliver

You receive reports and files in the formats your team uses, with a walkthrough of the results.

Questions about industrial drone inspection

More answers in our drone services FAQ.

Do you provide industrial drone inspections?

Yes. We inspect structures such as chimneys, towers, roofs, tanks and bridges and deliver imagery with an inspection report.

Does the plant need to shut down for a drone inspection?

Often not. Many external inspections are done while the plant runs. We review site safety rules with your team before confirming.
